What we collect,
and what we don't.
This policy explains what information 5EVEN Biomedical collects when you use 5evenbiomedical.com, how we use it, and the control you have over it. In short: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.
01 Who we are
The people
behind this site.
This site is operated by 5EVEN BIOMEDICAL LLC ("5EVEN Biomedical", "we", "us"), an engineering studio building software and medical device prototypes for physicians, with bases in San Juan, Orlando, and Miami.

02 What we collect
Only what you hand us.
- CONTACT FORM
- When you submit the project brief or contact form, we receive the name, email address, and any message or project details you choose to include. These fields are the only personal information we ask for.
- EMAIL & CALLS
- If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up and keep a record of the conversation.
- ON YOUR DEVICE
- The site stores your language choice and your Arcade game scores in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time from your browser.
- NO TRACKING
- We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors or follow you across other sites.
03 How we use it
To answer you,
nothing more.
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, to scope and discuss a potential project, and to keep in touch about work you have asked us to do.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will only contact you about what you reached out to us for, unless you ask us to do otherwise.
04 Who else touches it
Service providers.
To run the site and receive your messages we rely on a small number of third-party services. They process your information only to provide their service to us, and each has its own privacy policy:
- FORM DELIVERY
- Contact form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which passes your message to our inbox. Formspree processes the data you submit in order to deliver it.
- EMAIL & HOSTING
- Your messages arrive in our email inbox and the site is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf to store and deliver our communications.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of 5EVEN Biomedical or others.
05 Keeping & protecting it
Held as long
as it's useful.
We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to answer you and to maintain a record of our work together, and no longer than is reasonable for that purpose. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect what you share with us.
06 Your rights
Your information
is yours.
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Email contact@5evenbiomedical.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. This site is a business-to-business tool and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect information from them.
07 Changes
If this policy changes.
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
